He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wayne Rich Sr. and Paula Rich (Downs). He is survived by: his children, Carter Auvea, Conner Rich and Haley Rich; his brother James Rich; his grandchildren, Mila and Makoa; and his friend Lorisa Risner. He is also survived by many extended family members, friends.
