Though LouNelle has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William C. Deavers and Dorothy L. Alberson Deavers; and her grandparents, Albert "Hoss" Alberson and Lou C. "Sindy" Alberson. She is survived by: her husband Phillip Chapman; her daughter Selena Michelle Langdon (Frank M. Langdon IV); her siblings, Joyce Janette Morris (James Franklin Morris) and Albert Benjamin Deavers (Maria Deavers); and her granddaughter Olivia Langdon. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Lewis County Cancer Victims Fund.
