She was predeceased by: her parents, Buford Ogg and Vesta Pevehouse Ogg; her husband Vernon King; and her siblings, Jerry Ogg, Peggy Pogue and Brenda Fowler.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis King (Brenda) and Melissa Roberson (Rickey); her siblings, Danny Ogg (Tammy) and Donetta Carroll (Ronnie); her grandchildren, Whitney King, Weston King, Blake Roberson, Kyle Roberson and Gates Roberson; and her friend Rhonda Lowrimore. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the McDonald Funeral Home, Inc. - Lewis County (20 W 2nd St, Hohenwald, TN 38462). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Kittrell Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to the Lewis Park Post Acute Activities Department.
