She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Oakley DeWayne and Marjorie Helen DeWayne (Madsen); and her son Adam Martinez. She is survived by: her husband Joseph D'Amico of Hohenwald, TN; her children, Bre Cullip of Erie, CO, Nathaniel Giddings (Theresa) of Evans, CO, Ryan Giddings (Brandi) of Windsor, CO, Megan Riley (Dillon) of Bon Aqua, TN, Erika Mai of Oklahoma, Corey Giddings of Hohenwald, TN, Faith Siler (Jesse) of Thornton, CO, Kender Brown of Grand Blanc, MI, Teresa Brown (Brandon) of West Virginia and Mikey Moore (Alicia) of Frederick, CO; and her siblings, Michael DeWayne of Surprise, AZ and Shelly Uhrig of Grants Pass, OR. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild.
