He is survived by : his children, Misty Goforth and James Goforth (LaSandra); his grandchildren, Kane, Mason, Ava, Trey and Jasmine; his great grandchild Jazlyn; and his siblings, Kathy Hobbs, Lawrence Goforth (Millie) and Donald Ray Goforth.
