She is survived by : her children, Richard A. Mayberry (Nichole), Russell J. Mayberry, Teresa Humphrey (Roger), Tina Edwards (Terry), Tammy Sam Ladd, Lisa Duck Beecham and Vicki McAdams; and her siblings, Terry Parker, Barbara Herbison and Melba Davis.
