She was predeceased by : her parents, William Henry Swink and Annie Speagle Swink; her husband James Cooper; her daughter Elizabeth Douglas; and her siblings, R. G. Swink, Alvin Swink, Calvin Swink, William Swink, John Swink Leroy Smith, Eva Carswell and Nellie Blackwelder.

She is survived by : her children, Gary Cooper (Karen) of Jackson, TN, Larry Cooper (Sabrina) of Holladay, TN and Ruthie Boroughs (David) of Parsons, TN.; her sister Hazel Dellinger of Morganton, N. C.; her son-in-law Harold Douglas of Holladay, TN.; her grandchildren, Melissa Douglas, Marty Douglas (Renee), Stephanie Williams (Chris), Nick Cooper (Whitney), Will Boroughs (Ashley) and Maggie Boroughs; and her great grandchildren, Storm Taylor (Brenden), Taylor Douglas (Hayley), Cooper Cruzen and Boyce Cooper.

“Dear Cooper family. We send our love and prayers to you all in this time of sorrow. Your Mom was a beloved friend and neighbor to us (the Mast family) in years past. We will cherish the memories of your parents and their sweet southern hospitality. In later years when we visited, your Mom cooked her signature southern biscuits, and her other special food.
