She was predeceased by: her husband Lemmie Smith. She is survived by: her daughters, Marlyn Ainsworth (Art) of Knoxville and Linda Adams (late Robert) of Searcy, Arkansas. She is also survived by four granddaughters; and four great grandchildren.
