He is survived by: his wife Marge Isaachsen of Hornsby; his daughter Kim Cresswell (Jason Drennan) of Oakland, TN; his grandsons, Dalton Cresswell of Oakland and Tolbert Cates, IV of Bartlett; and his great grandchild Wesley Cates.
