She is survived by : her husband Bobby Ballentine of Humboldt; her children, David Ballentine of Sevierville, Karen Altman (Jeff) of Medon and Kim Hudgins (Carlos) of Missouri; her sister Loraine Jensen of Illinois; and her grandchildren, Mike Jetter, Justin Jetter and Kristina Jones. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
