She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Swafford and Callie Mae Swafford (Arrington) of Gibson, Tennessee.; and her siblings, Shirley Duch, Larry Swafford and Ronnie Swafford.
She is survived by: her sons, Gary Smith of Humboldt, Steve Sutton (Kim) of Milan and John Blankenship of Humboldt, Tennessee; her grandchildren, Clint Sutton of Medina, Collin Sutton of Dallas and Colton Blankenship of Humboldt, Tennessee; her siblings, Patsy Reid (Swafford) and Dennis Swafford; Jenna Sutton of Medina, Tennessee..
