We are sad to announce that on August 30, 2023, at the age of 71, David Neal Shivers of Humboldt, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Jessie Shivers and LaRuth Berry (Mance); his son David Neal Shiver Jr. Leaving; and his siblings, Mary Williams and Dornell Shivers.

He is survived by : his children, Dornell Lamont Howard and Catrina Michelle Rush Barbee; and his grandchildren, Kevin, Kyren, Natasha, Mercadez and Andrea. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews also great-great nieces and nephews.
