He was predeceased by : his parents, Henry Cecil McCage and Mary Diggs McCage; his wife Hazel Marie McCage; his brothers, Ray McCage, Russell McCage, Harvey McCage and James Diggs; his grandson Keith McCuan; his great grandchild Nathan Holcomb; his brother-in-law Charlie Anderson; and his daughter-in-law Connie McCage.

He is survived by : his children, Roy McCage (Barbara) of Brownsville, TN, Mark McCage of Humboldt, TN, Debra Dawson (Michael) of Jackson, TN and Lisa McCage of Jackson, TN; and his siblings, Harold McCage, Bobby McCage, William McCage, Otha McCage and Faye Anderson. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
