She was predeceased by: her husband J. D. Welch; her mother Margaret Hamilton; and her sister Lynette Dalton. She is survived by: her children, Carla Harris (Rob) and Michael Welch; her sister Jane Hubbard (Don); her grandchildren, Ryan Harris and Alissa Buser (Stefan); and her great grandchild Tobias Buser. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
