He was predeceased by: his father Ollie Hardee. He is survived by: his wife Betty Adkins; his children, Keith Adkins (Gina), Kimberly Paris (Ron), Karla Pollak (Eric) and Kristina Carroll (Zachary); his siblings, Charles Adkins (Cheryl) and Shirley Goff (Randy); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Penelope, Kody, Hunter, Fisher, Rider, Josiah and Jorjah; and his great grandchildren, Jakkob, Easton and Ella. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
