Davis, Jr. of Humboldt, TN; his stepsons, Terrence Coleman of Humboldt, TN and Adrian Cook of Gadsden, TN; his godchildren, Christie Glenn of Humboldt, TN and Maurice "Peterman" Brooks of Humboldt, TN; his aunt Lovie Vanburen of Jackson, TN; and his brothers, Hosea Davis of Covington, TN, Charles Davis (Mattie) of Covington, TN, Danny Wakefield (Willadine) of Covington, TN and Willie B. Davis (Laura) of Gadsden, TN. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren; six sister-in-laws; four brother-in-laws; a host of nieces, neph ews, cousins and friends.
