He is survived by: his children, Sherry Bills-Reaves (Jerry), Alicia Hassell of Jackson, TN, Tina Bills-Davis of Trenton, TN, Latoya Phelps of Humboldt, TN, Jessica Gilbert and Nicholas Bills of McKenzie, TN.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
