She was predeceased by: her father Ray O'Neal Powell; and her grandparents, Gerald, Margaret Powell, Andrew and Rosa Mayfield.

She is survived by: her mother Doris Mayfield Powell; her siblings, Tammy Graves (Bart) and Andy Powell (Star); her nieces and nephews, Drew, Kendall Powell, Colton, Maddie Graves, Jordan, Kaylee Tice and Timber Anderson; and her friend Samantha. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and cherished friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the children's program at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Humboldt in her honor.
