She is survived by: her husband Larry Forbess; her children, Angie Forbess Maddox (Matt) and Ryan Forbess (Michelle) of Huntingdon; her grandchildren, Adam Maddox (Michelle), Ethan Maddox, Wyatt Forbess and Grace Forbess; and her great grandchildren, Gavin Maddox and Juliet Maddox.
