She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Thomas and Velma White Mangrum; her husband Robert Spain; and her siblings, Louise Barnes, R. T. Mangrum and Pete Mangrum.
She is survived by: her daughters, Vicki Paris of Bells and Lori Adams (Jerry) of Huntingdon; her brother Harold Mangrum of Oakland; her grandchildren, Leslie Young (Jeremy) of Friendship, Brian Adams (Julie) of Humboldt and Kyle Adams (Jessica) of Huntingdon; and her great grandchildren, Drake Young, Lydia Young, Briley Adams, Hayes Adams, Weston Adams and Kase Adams.
