He was predeceased by: his parents, William Woodall Fletcher and Kathleen Johnson Fletcher; and his brothers, Randy Foster and William H. Fletcher. He is survived by: his siblings, Tracy Bray (Jim) of Milan, Vivian Carroll (Ray) of Huntingdon and Donnie Fletcher (Libby) of Huntingdon; and his pet Fuzzy. He is also survived by three nieces, a nephew, three great nephews, a great niece.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Carroll County Humane Society or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
