He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jerry, B. J. Smith, Bobby and Frances Churchwell. He is survived by: his parents, Tim Carlton and Robbie Carlton (Churchwell); his wife Samantha Carlton; his daughters, Landry Jean Carlton and Ellsie Jo Carlton; his sister Jessica Hunley (Kris) of Huntingdon; and his in-laws, Shannon and George Bedocs of Jackson. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins.
The family will receive friends in the Cherrywood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Sunday from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM and on Monday from 11:00 AM until time of the service, In Lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to: The Chance Carlton Memorial Fund, Carroll Bank and Trust, P.O.
