He is survived by: his children, Chester Eugene Ballenger, III, Brian Lee Ballenger, Michelle Killburn, Kathy and Tina; and his siblings, Darwin "Butch" Ballenger and Wanda "Frieda". He is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
