He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Todd Carroll of Gadsden and Julie Todd of Knoxville; his sisters, Peggy Rogers (Jimmy) of Huntingdon, Rachel Neely of Huntingdon and Patricia Davis (Junior) of Huntingdon; and his grandsons, Grant Ethan Carroll and Austin Todd Carroll.
