She is survived by: her sons, John Matthew Spain (Stacie) of Millington, Timothy Joseph Spain (Lindsey) of Lexington and Adam William Spain of Millington; her siblings, Eva Gray Logsdon, Laura Kathleen Thompson, Larry Cecil Hicks and Charles David Hicks; and her grandchildren, Brooke Spain, Blake Spain, Mason Spain, Esther Spain, Abel Spain and Nolen Spain.
