He is survived by: his brothers, Adam and Ethan Maddox; his sister-in-law Michelle; his nephew Gavin Maddox; his niece Juliet Maddox; his parents, Matthew "Matt" and Angie Maddox; his grandparents, Betty, Larry Forbess and Clara Maddox; his aunts and uncles, Butch (Gena Maddox), Jean (Tim Newsome), Julia Maddox and Ryan (Michelle Forbess); and his significant other Olivia Reagan.
