He was predeceased by: his parents, William Raymond Forbess and Jo Ina (Kirk); his wife Betty Forbess; and his grandson Kirk Maddox. He is survived by: his children, Angie Forbess Maddox (Matt) and Ryan Forbess (Michelle) of Huntingdon; his grandchildren, Adam Maddox (Michelle), Ethan Maddox, Wyatt Forbess and Grace Forbess; and his great grandchildren, Gavin Maddox and Juliet Maddox.
