She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Arnold and Jean Beacham Arnold; and her husband David Mays. She is survived by: her children, Pennye Ann Mays of Huntingdon and Brian David Mays (Evelyn) of The Villages, Florida; and her granddaughter Mallory Mays.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations be directed to St. Jude or the Carroll County Library.
