It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mistina Perry of Huntingdon, Tennessee, born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on April 16, 2022, at the age of 45, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Ronnie Perry. She is survived by: her mother Carolyn Crabtree (Spradlin) of Cincinnati, Ohio; her cousin Beth Myers of Pine Knot, Kentucky; her siblings, Brian Crabtree, Joey Crabtree, Cristal Crabtree and Melissa Jones; her cousins, Rhonda Jones, Lori Wright and Paula Stanley; her uncles, Gary Spradlin and Richard Dewayne Spradlin (Cheri); and her aunt Selma Jeannie Lantz. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
