He was predeceased by: his parents, Zelmer McDaniel and Hattie McDaniel; and his siblings, Willie Powers, Juanita Frantz, Pearl Davis, Edna Faye Blankenship and Ted McDaniel.
He is survived by: his wife Patsy McDaniel; his children, Teresa Tucker (Russell) and Stanley McDaniel (Dione); his grandchildren, Matthew Tucker (Erin), Melissa Moffitt (Bryan), Seth McDaniel (Brooke) and Ryan McDaniel (Rachel); and his great grandchildren, Hannah Tucker, Brookelyn Baker, Makinley Moffitt, Ryver Moffitt, Whitley Moffitt, Blaze McDaniel and Della McDaniel.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 10:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Concord Missionary Baptist Church (3275 Westport Rd, Huntingdon, TN 38344).
