He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Stasik and Patricia Gorman; his former wife Patricia Stasik; his stepson Mark Mullen; and his siblings, Lynda Garner and Daryl Stasik.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Stasik; his stepdaughters, Merrit Arnold (Michael) of Oak Lawn and Cathy Mullen of Hometown, Illinois; his sister Cheryl Duggan of Willowbrook, Illinois; his stepchildren, Philip Walters (Jillian) of Denver, Clare Briner (Paul Jeffords) of Naperville and Andrew Walters of Centennial, Colorado.; and his grandchildren, Victoria, Christian, Logan, Brock, Blake and Madelynn. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
