He was predeceased by: his parent Leslie Junior Frum; and his brother Randy Sands. He is survived by: his mother Lorene Hayhurst Sands; his stepfather Robert Sands of Staunton, VA; his siblings, Lisa Alexander of Herndon, VA and Bobby Frum (Connie Beasley) of Staunton, VA; and his nephew Doug Beasley of McKenzie.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Cumberland Presbyterian Church (16835 Highland Dr, McKenzie, TN 38201). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
