He was predeceased by: his parents, Dock Bowling and Ada Conaster Bowling; his sons, Paul Evert Bowling and Dustin Zane Bowling; his siblings, Harold Bowling (Ora), W. D. Bowling, Clyde Bowling (Joyce), Betty Gibson (James), Geneva Wright (N. J.), Burnetta Hatfield (Tommy) and Bonnie Bowling; his parents-in-law, Charlie and Ortha Byrd; and his siblings-in-law, Jewel Williams (Billy), Jean Byrd and Woren Frost.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Bowling; his daughter Miranda Bowling; his grandchildren, Dylan Chambers (Katlan) and Destiny Day (Dewayne); his great grandchildren, Kylie Chambers, Zane Chambers, Ryder Joe Chambers, Corbin Day, Harmony McCloud and Bentley McCloud; and his siblings-in-law, Estle Byrd, Junior Byrd, Arvil Byrd, Jimmy Byrd, Odeva Byrd and Audra Frost. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Four Oaks Funeral Home, Inc. - Huntsville (2889 Baker Hwy, Huntsville, TN 37756). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, November 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Dave Chambers Cemetery.
