He was predeceased by: his parents, Rhonda Joyce and Billy Boutwell; his sister Angela Michelle Boutwell; his aunt Kathy Massengale; and his stepmother Joan Boutwell.
He is survived by: his cousins, Kristy Manresa and Amy Vargas.
