He is survived by: his brother Mike Lay (Kathy); his girlfriend Deborah; his children, Shaun Lay (Christina), Rhonda Lay and Johnathon Lay; his nieces and nephews, Jennifer Harrison (Andrew), Michael Lay (Rachel), Anthony Strunk, Ben Strunk, Angela Ellis (Chris), Christy Hewitt (Greg) and Danny West; and his grandchildren, Aaron Lawson (Kaylee), Madison Lawson (Taylor), Sammy Owens (Haylee) and Arianna. He is also survived by several other great nieces and nephews and great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
