He is survived by : his wife Kay Curtis of Hurricane Mills, TN.; his daughters, Jennifer Curtis (Jeremy Wheeler) of Waverly, TN and Christa Curtis (Troy Stafford) of Hurricane Mills, TN.; his brothers, J. T. Curtis (Juanita) of Dyersburg, TN, Leslie Curtis (Becky) of Waverly, TN and Randall Curtis (Kathy) of Waverly, TN.; and his grandchildren, Alex Curtis and Ava Wheeler.
