He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Ezell Jr. and Thelma Wallace Ezell; his niece Leeanna Cunningham; and his brother-in-law Paul Crea. He is survived by: his sisters, Pat Crea of Dover, TN and Beverly Marquez (Robert) of Clarksville, TN. He is also survived by sister and Cookie (deceased) as a brother and their boys.
