He was predeceased by: his father James Barry Stephenson. He is survived by: his mother Annette Purser Stephenson; his wife Sarah Boutwell; his children, Brixton Stephenson and Millie Stephenson; his sister Casey Stephenson; and his parents-in-law, Jimmy and Danielle Boutwell.
