It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Della Doris Brendle (Jacksboro, Tennessee), who passed away on June 18, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Della may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Della touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Hensley and Lossie Phillips Hensley; her husband William Gary Brendle; and her siblings, Willie Henley, Freddy Hensley and Mary Rider.
She is survived by: her siblings, John Hensley, Lee Hensley, Judy Howett and Mae Holtman. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
A burial will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home (305 E Beech St, LaFollette, TN 37766). A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Jacksboro Cemetery (200 Stone Henge Ln, Jacksboro, TN 37757).
