She was predeceased by : her parents, Fred Herron and Bertha Herron. She is survived by : her husband Ralph Smith; her son Brian Smith of Jacksboro, TN.; her grandchildren, Brittany Looper (Chris), Trent Turnbill and Abby Smith; and her brother Darryl (Libby Herron) of Knoxville, TN..

A funeral service was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Cross-Smith Chapel Cross-Smith Funeral Home (300 E Central Ave, LaFollette, TN 37766). A burial was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Powell Valley Cemetery (206 Henson Rd, LaFollette, TN 37766).
