He was predeceased by : his parents, Ernest Lindsay and Zora Lindsay; and his siblings, Lee Lindsay, James Cooper and Betty Fritts.

He is survived by : his wife Sue Ann Lindsay; his children, Misty Horton (Bryan) of Jacksboro and Tony Lindsay (Julie); his grandchildren, Lindsay Walden (Jacob), Bryson Horton, Townes and Dailee Lindsay; and his sister Darlene Irwin of Jacksboro. He is also survived by other relatives, friends.
