She was predeceased by: her husband Jame M. Rouse, MD; her parents, Edward, Sr. Wheeler and Veatta Wheeler; and her brothers, Edward, Jr. and Benjamin.
She is survived by: her children, Ellen R. Werner (John), James Scott Rouse (Ambre) and Edward Mitchell Rouse (Andrea); her grandchildren, Jay (Emily), Sam (Avery) and Strummer Rouse; her great grandchild Jacob Werner; and her sister Lorenda Castleberry.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, May 9th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Jacksboro Cemetery (200 Stone Henge Ln, Jacksboro, TN 37757).
