He is survived by : his father Scott Artz; his sisters, Alexis Huckaby and Hannah Huckaby; his grandfather Rick Dabney; his great-aunt Gail Brnich; and his caregivers, Hannah, Mason and Danielle. He is also survived by Numerous other Aunts, Uncles, special relatives and friends.
