He is survived by : his parents, Ray Fraley and Pat Fraley; his wife Vanessa Fraley of Jacksboro; his son Gage Fraley of Jacksboro; his mother-in-law Barbara Willoughby of LaFollette; his grandmother Lois Chapman of Jacksboro; and his close friends, MacGyver and Crystal Kitts of Jacksboro. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
