He was predeceased by: his mother Stella Ball; and his siblings, Jesse, David, Susan Childress and Carol Lowhon.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Adkins of Jacksboro; his children, Bob Adkins (Susan) of New Hampshire, Laura Plummer of New Hampshire, Tony White (Windy) of Jacksboro, Stacy White of Jacksboro and Shane White (Monica) of Jacksboro; his brothers, Roger Adkins of Jacksboro and Joe Adkins (Dora) of Norris; and his grandchildren, Koltin White, Derrah Lovern, Michael Plummer, Phillip Plummer, Cassie Garrity and Bobby Adkins. He is also survived by several great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, friends.
