He was predeceased by: his parents, Dana Franklin Agee and Sadie Agee; his wife Doris Ann Agee; his siblings, Dana Franklin Agee Jr. and Jackie Teague; and his daughter Catherine Elaine Agee.
He is survived by: his son Dana Walter Agee (Darlene Agee); his grandchildren, Jennifer "Jenny" Overton and Patrick Pebley; his stepgranddaughters, Nicole White and Amanda Moles; his sisters, Ann Burrell of Jacksboro and Nancy Phillips (Jim Phillips) of Jacksboro; his great grandchild Whitley Davidson (Zachary Davidson); and his caregiver Nephateria "Nephie" Bean.
