He is survived by: his wife Dorcas Weaver; his children, Stevie Weaver (Terri), Jeff Weaver (Debby), Pamela Goodman (Donnie), Jackie Weaver (Brenda), Donna Liggett, Martie Weaver (Kristy), Katrina Pope (Christopher), Bennie Weaver, Jr. (Kasi) and Michael Weaver (Jasmine); his siblings, Herschel Weaver, Eve LaTino Weaver, Charlotte Platt Weaver, Burlin Weaver, Delbert Weaver and Lynn Arnold; his grandson Shane Liggett; and his great grandchild Jack Ryan Weaver. He is also survived by twenty-three grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren.
