It is with sadness that the passing of Beverly Nelson Fisher of Jackson, Tennessee is shared. Beverly, born on August 15, 1941, passed away on September 3, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Franklin and Nellie Sunshine Nelson; her stepmother Emma Belle Nelson; her husband Paul Fisher; and her cousin Joan Vandiver.
She is survived by: her children, Paula Peftoulidis (George) and Jason Fisher (Gina); her grandchildren, Alex Peftoulidis, Blake Peftoulidis, Gaby Fisher and Jackson Fisher; her siblings, Barbara Wood (C. W.) and Gary Nelson (Shirley); her niece Kim Gaggley (Richie); and her nephew Christopher Nelson. She is also survived by cousins, close friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 28th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the George A. Smith & Sons Funeral Home (2812 N Highland Ave, Jackson, TN 38305). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 28th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Beverly's name to the Mustard Seed in Milan.
