He is survived by: his daughters, Betty Jean and Sandra; his stepchildren, Teresa Mealer (Darrell) of San Bernadino, CA, Susan Thompson (Alan) of Milan, Billy Raymond Carter of McKenzie, William Carter (Christie) of McKenzie and Gary Carter (Jessica) of Jackson; and his sister Bonnie Hammers. He is also survived by many Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren.
