He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Price and Mildred Hart Price; his son Shane; his granddaughter Emma Grace; his children, Shelley Clark (Todd) of Oakland, TN and Chad Price of Rossville, TN; his grandchildren, Alan, Taylor, Justin, Shane, Preston, Devan, Brianna, Cayson and Paisley; and his great grandchild Ada Rae.
